Located inside a seaside complex, this 270 sq.m two-level  house with stunning views was in need of complete refurbishment and redesigning of spaces. Its proximity to the sandy beach has defined its warm yet playful setup in order to give its owners the sense of a luxurious vacation retreat. The open kitchen became the heart of friendly gatherings while the outdoor kitchen and barbecue suited perfect for a relaxed dining experience al fresco. The addition of a massive 570X230 jacuzzi was the epitome for a relaxed holiday home overlooking the sea.
