• Construction drawings and scope of work: complete drawings for construction of the project, which may be required to obtain a building permit, we create a scope of work that describes all the parts which are to be included in the project

• Material selection & specification: we look at different materials and select which will be used. A specification document is created and interior design drawings are updated to reflect exact selections.

• Fixture selection & specification: we provide suggestions for the fixtures and work with you to decide on selections, creating a specification document used to quote the items.

• Furniture selection & specification: we select furniture and fabric to enhance the design concept and then prepare a furniture plan

• Tendering & budgeting: the contractor and sub-trades provide a quote, a working budget is created
