Unique delicatessen and restaurants, a pioneer project that was launched in 2004 and was awarded both in Greece and abroad for its innovative brand identity and design. The concept was to re-introduce to the public the idea of old, traditional grocery stores that used to captivate the lives of all greek families during the 60's but by re-inventing their image, modernising them, making them a serious trend. The use of the blackboard paint for the first time in a modern deli shop, one of the primary design aspects of the spaces, has set a trend that continues till this day.
