A unique first floor two bedroom flat in a victorian brick building was completely transformed into a posh pied-a terre in famous Cadogan Gardens Square. The challenge included a series of unexpected structural interventions which were imperative in order to fully renovate the bathrooms and kitchen. Since this was an investment property, budgets and project management were closely monitored. Finally this property reached the highest standards in terms of design, functionality and overall style and its sale exceeded all of its owners' expectations, making it a very successful investment project. ​
