Total renovation of an old mansion built in 1952. The challenge was to keep its unique character and mixing it with contemporary features. Art works and design items played a key factor in our success. The rooms and overall layout had to remain as built making the refurbishment a complex project, while at the same time we had to improve functionality. Most of the furniture was a mix and match of items that had been in family homes around the globe which we had to combine and refresh in order to have an eclectic yet quite minimal aesthetic.
